President Sirleaf and government will soon resign
It is with great regret and shock that we have learned in recent weeks of the alleged corruption and back-door dealings being perpetrated by government officials of the Ellen Johnson-led Government of Liberia. In fact, in some instances, one can assume that Ellen may have knowledge about these back-door illicit dealings, which have deprived the Liberian people and government a fair share of the country’s resources.
If an independent probe can prove that President Sirleaf and al are involved in making illegal deals behind closed doors, while short-changing the Liberian people, she and her government must resign. Vice President, Joe Boakai will serve as President until fresh elections can be held. I call on the Liberian people at all levels to get involved. I also call on the International Community to take a stance against corruption in Liberian and hold Ellen accountability.
Enough is enough!

PETITION TO PROTECT LIBERIANS FROM INVOLUNTARY LOSS OF CITIZENSHIPThere is power in grassroots movements, I believe! Liberians are once again going to set history by persuading their politicians/lawmakers to pass a law to gives dual citizenship status to all Liberians, no matter where they were born or what other citizenships they have acquired in the past.
Common sense tells us that if Liberians are granted dual citizenship (like Nigeria, Mali and other African countries allow), Liberia will return to its true meaning of a free land of Liberty, where Africans (including African-Americans and African-Europeans) can pursue their true dreams – to invest in and build their own country.
The largest and most important group involved in this process is based in the United States of America - Liberians in the U.S.A. If you want to become part of the history-making process, sign the petition here.

The recent arcticle: "Putting African on the world’s map in the 21st Century:Taking the slave-mentality out of black Africans" might attract some attention and even raise some eyebrows. However, I believe that people are free to express their opinions on whatever societal issue, as long as they don't incite violence.
I am also hoping that some of you will take off some time to send us your comments and/or opinions.
